Make a request to us

If you cannot do something yourself, or want to use a right that the app does not cover, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Use the subject "Data request" and say which right you want to use:

  • Access: a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processors and others we shared it with.
  • Correction, completion or updating of data you cannot edit yourself.
  • Erasure of your personal data.
  • Nomination: the name and contact details of the person you nominate to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to, and a way for us to verify them.

We may ask you to confirm your identity first, for example by replying from your registered email address or entering a code, so we do not give your data to someone else.

How quickly we respond

RequestOur commitment
Acknowledge your request or grievanceWithin 24 hours
Resolve a grievanceWithin 15 days
Complete an access, correction, erasure or nomination requestWithin 30 days

When we may say no, or keep some data

We may decline or limit a request where the law allows or requires it, for example if we cannot verify who you are, if the request is manifestly unfounded, or if we must keep certain records for legal reasons or to deal with a dispute. We will tell you why. Content that other people have copied from your public page is outside our control.

If you are not satisfied

Raise a grievance with the Grievance Officer first (see Grievance redressal). If it is not resolved, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, as provided in the DPDP Act.

Your duties as a Data Principal (such as giving only authentic information and not filing false complaints) are set out in the Privacy Policy.
