Delete your Identty account

You can delete your account and all of your data yourself, in under a minute, in the app or on the website. This page also tells you what happens next.

Three ways to delete

In the Identty app

  1. Open Identty and sign in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Privacy & data → Delete account
  4. Type DELETE to confirm

On the website

  1. Sign in at identty.si
  2. Open Settings
  3. Privacy & data → Delete account
  4. Type DELETE to confirm

Ask us to do it

  1. Email [email protected] from the address on your account
  2. Use the subject "Delete my Identty account"
  3. We complete it within 30 days and confirm by email
Send the email
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account once it is deleted. Want a copy first? Use Settings → Privacy & data → Export my data before you delete. Administrator accounts must be removed by another administrator.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, resumes, portfolio, achievements and applications
  • Credentials and the documents you uploaded
  • Freelance services, inquiries, proposals, workspaces and testimonials you own
  • Photos and files stored for you
  • Your sign-in sessions and consent records

What may be kept, and for how long

  • Limited records we are legally required to keep, or need to resolve a dispute
  • Security and abuse logs, for a short period, then removed
  • Copies in routine backups, which are removed as those backups expire
